The product is very, very good but the customer phone support is almost non existent.

I got the vest and it's amazing. What failed to be listed was that using ups for shipping this item,( which in the receipt shows 40 $) fails to state anything about a brokerage fee. It costed me almost the same price as the vest just to receive the item. Figure it should be more apparent as I would not have purchased this item knowing.

besides that, the vest is high quality and I had planned to purchase pouches and such for the vest but don't think I will be doing so now.

(also I got the wrong damn vest but I bother won't other sending it back now)
