That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair it, replace it, or offer a refund — at our discretion — to ensure you get a lifetime of reliable performance.
What’s Covered
Defects in materials (e.g. stitching, fabric, webbing, hardware)
Defects in workmanship (e.g. assembly, construction flaws)
OIS (Officer-involved shooting)
Our goal is simple: if something goes wrong and it’s our fault, we’ll make it right.
What’s Not Covered
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Cosmetic damage (scratches, abrasions, fading)
Damage from misuse, abuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications

Loss, theft, or damage caused by external events (fire, flood, accidents, etc.)
Products used in professional, commercial, or rental environments (e.g. military units, security contractors, training facilities) are subject to accelerated wear and may fall outside typical warranty coverage, though we’ll always do our best to support you.
How to Submit a Claim

Photos and a description of the issue

We’ll review the claim and get back to you as quickly as possible with next steps. If the claim is approved, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.
Final Notes
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
We reserve the right to determine the cause of damage and the appropriate remedy.
