If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, less shipping charges, within 30 days of order delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event the shipping carrier loses or damages your package during shipping, a case will need to be opened. Please contact us for further details.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like final sale items, promotional giveaway items, BOGO/discount-related free items or items that specifically indicate that returns are not accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns.
Apparel Returns
Apparel may be tried on for fitment reasons only. Washed or worn apparel cannot be returned unless deemed a manufacturing defect.
AWLS Series Lights
AWLS series weapon lights may be temporarily mounted to your firearm for testing, however, please do not torque these down as may create wear marks on the screw holes and MLOK interface behind the body of the light. We cannot resell these if wear marks are present.
Legacy ARC Belts
Legacy ARC Belts should be returned disassembled with all included components in their respective packaging. Belts with signs of wear, bends, creases, kinks, etc. may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Loadout Bundles
No partial returns on discounted loadout bundles. These are exchangeable for the same item though. For example, you may exchange for a different size or color only, not a different product.
Restocking Fees
No restocking fees unless the returned products do not meet the Return requirements outlined above (up to 20% and at HRT’s discretion).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to current inventory availability. Packaging requirements and restocking fees mirror the Return Policy. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss (we recommend insuring your returns). The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item back to us and place a new order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that once shipped, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that returns can take up to 10 business days to process. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take between 3 and 5 business days for for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@hrttacticalgear.com.
