Order processing time
Standard order processing time for in-stock orders is typically 48–72 hours (business days). Shipping time estimates shown at checkout do not include processing time. Orders placed Friday–Sunday typically ship within 1-2 business days unless a holiday applies. Buyers receive tracking information via email once shipped.
Backorders
Backorder may require several weeks or even months to fulfill, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery timelines. If a backordered item is delaying your full order, HRT may, at our discretion, split the shipment and send any in-stock products separately.
Armor
Ballistic Plates and Armor are shipped directly from the manufacturer and could have lead times.
Undeliverable Shipments
In the event an order is returned to HRT due to an incomplete/incorrect address, etc., we will reach out for the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be refunded minus shipping costs.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates. Actual carrier-assessed charges may vary, and HRT reserves the right to adjust shipping costs at the time of shipment.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility. HRT is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Buyers must file claims directly with the carrier and retain all packaging materials.
