Order Processing
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Processing times may extend due to holidays, severe weather, high order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Backorders
Backordered items generally require 2–10 weeks for fulfillment. All estimated timelines are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed.
If a backordered item delays your order, you may request that available in-stock items ship separately. Additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
We offer flat-rate shipping on all qualifying orders.
Specific carriers and delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. Transit times are determined by the carrier and do not include order processing time.
Orders shipping to APO or P.O. Box addresses will be shipped via USPS.
Armor Shipments
All armor products ship directly from the manufacturer and may have extended or variable lead times. Estimated delivery timelines will vary based on manufacturer production schedules.
Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, HRT will attempt to contact you for updated shipping information.
If we cannot reach you, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping costs.
