The kit itself is great and gets 5 stars. I threw away the cumberbund that came with it and replaced it with a skelitized one. However, I have called the company four times and left two voice-mails. No one ever answers or calls back. Good luck with customer service with these guys.

Wonderful equipment, fits snug, runs cool, super quick to set into place and plenty of real estate for my MEG, IFAK, and Admin needs. Ships with a decent cummerbund but an upgrade was no issue.

For the price… Ruggedness and comfort are great. The only reason it’s not getting the 5 star is because the ranger green is just a shade different than my Spiritus Systems, Haley Strategic, and Ferro Concepts. Still able to mix and match and is not really noticeable to the regular person. All in all a solid purchase.

I wish I had ordered the RAC instead.
I own a RAC in Multicam and it’s the most comfortable and durable carrier I’ve owned thus far.
I ordered the HRAC because I needed a separate carrier for a different purpose and it doesn’t not fit as well as the RAC, which makes sense because of the price point.

Great high quality carrier. I still have not received my plates which is upsetting due to ordering and receiving the carrier weeks ago. I reached out to HRT and I received a short and non informative response from the company.
