The HRT ARC Belt 2.0 is the next evolution of our battle-proven first-line belt system—engineered for end-users who demand a lightweight, low-profile, and ultra-rigid platform without compromising comfort or modularity.
At its core is a precision-contoured, laser-cut woven polymer Curv® composite—offering exceptional strength-to-weight ratio with minimal sag under load. The ARC Belt’s 2” height profile features fully MOLLE-compatible laser-cut laminate constructed of 500D/1000D Cordura®, ensuring reliable pouch retention and durability under stress. Built-in accessory slots support carabiners for quick access to gloves or gear, while its hydrophobic materials shed water in maritime or inclement environments, eliminating excess weight and saturation.
A hook-and-loop interface anchors securely to your choice of inner belt (optional), enabling rapid don/doff and locked-in stability during high-tempo operations. Finished with a 1” Cobra® buckle, the ARC Belt 2.0 delivers uncompromising performance in a lightweight, streamlined design.

Just had my first team training with my new belt and the build quality is fantastic. Being able to quickly adjust the size allowed me to perfectly tailor the fit that I wanted. Everything felt very secure being woven behind the tegris core and I was able to make adjustments to where I wanted things on the fly without missing a minute of training. Can’t wait to continue putting it through its paces but so far I’m very pleased.

Plus, when you use the inner belt, it absolutely locks into place—it just doesn't shift at all. It's so rigid and heavy-duty that it never sags, even when loaded up with all my gear.

I've eyed this belt for a little under 7 months now. I shoot USPSA and wanted to consolidate all of my gear to have a kit that can 'do it all'. Noticed HRT for the pricing and their reviews online and ended up buying the Loadout package.
HRT delivers on all ends. The build quality is second to none, the pouches are fantastic and work really well. The belt is very comfortable and adjustable from all sizes. I wear a size small 28-32, and it fits like a glove after adjusting it properly.
The pouches, although a massive pain in the butt to install, are absolutely glued to the belt and wiggle very minimally. Their Youtube videos are great and informational but I would definetely recommend getting something like a ziptie to stick into the mate end to not let it slip out of the Molle slot, and pliers to help drive the arrow side home into the host.
Can't wait to use this thing forever, highly recommend buying from HRT, definetely have a customer for life

I’ve been really impressed with the HRT ARC 2.0 belt. It’s lightweight, extremely rigid, and provides a solid platform for carrying gear without shifting around. The quality and comfort have exceeded my expectations, and it feels built to last. If you’re looking for a durable, well-designed battle belt, I’d definitely recommend it.

It offers an excellent combination of toughness and lightness.
I am Japanese, 171 cm tall and weighing 67 kg, and size M fits me well.
Size S might also fit, but size L would be too big.

Excellent belt that use with a High Speed Gear Micro Grip Belt Panel. Easily the best rig I’ve ever used. It’s stiff, lightweight, comfortable, and things stay in place.

Great belt. Rigid, with very flexible mounting options: Onewrap, MOLLE, GWS clips, etc. I even managed to direct mount a pouch with Chicago screws.

I love the firmness but ultra-lightness of this setup!! One AR pouch wasbroken upon receipt. (Belt side top plastic horizontal piece). I'd buy this again anyway though!!

Excellent quality all around. Very lightweight! I did measure multiple times before ordering. I was in between sizes. I wish I would have ordered an XL instead of 2XL but I was able to trim and make it work. I was on a time crunch because I needed it for a tactical games competition or I would have probably swapped. But. Overall I’m very happy!

This is the lightest and most comfortable belt I have ever owned. I wear it 40+ hours per week as a Police patrol officer and often cant even tell im wearing a belt.

Smaller than expected. Light weight and durable. So far no complaints. Inner belt (sold separately) does help hold everything in place. Have 2 pistol pouches, 1 AR pouch and a different but comparable iFak attached.
