The HRT open top pouch was designed to attach to our modulus placard. Our innovative pouch attachment system does away with cumbersome molle weaving, allowing users to change configurations in a moment’s notice without sacrificing pouch security. The half sized open top pouch comes with an elastic pistol insert, perfect for your double stacked magazines, flashlights, or multi-tools. The pouch is made from 500 Denier Cordura and color matching velcro. Arrange these pouches in any combination for the perfect setup. Pouch only, Modulus placard NOT included. Like all HRT products the Modulus Open Top Pouch is backed by our LIFETIME Warranty.

Again with the modulus pouch I wish it was a bit wider so they take up the entire Velcro square of the placard other than that I love it

Its pretty good, after seeing that the ranger green is not IR compliant its a bit of a bummer and likely problem later on that will limit me being able to use the the gear. But I do like the products.

Great piece of gear that I added to my Crye JPC plate carrier. The addition of the modulus placard, open top pouch and GP Pouch allowed my equipment to be staged in a more fluid layout. It also makes my vest look way cooler when I’m around my other SWAT dudes.
