The Air Pass Backer is the perfect addition to turn your placard into a chest harness ready option. The mesh padding offers an added level of comfort and breathability. In my opinion for a backer to not come with a placard, is strange, if the placard is already $120. Why is the additional backer $15. Seems like it could be included for an $5-7 with the actual items.
