I am a Veteran with a significant background as a Security Contractor. As such I am allowed to CCW when I go on Ride Alongs which I do several times a year with my local PD. I put this Zipper over the Mag Pouch area where my CCW sits. I added an extra long Cobra braid zipper pull for easy fast access to the pocket should it ever be needed.

The Maximus insert is awesome! It is even more awesome when you can zip it shut! I leave the zipper on now, smart piece for the kit. Again quality is a consideration, HRT is top notch!

Be careful filling up the outer GP pouches on the Maximus or this will start to peel away from the Velcro but still gets the job done
