The HRT Side Pull Medical Pouch Zip-On Half Back panel was designed with the purpose of versatility. The Side Pull Medical Pouch Zip-On half back panel can be configured with another HRT half back panel to meet your operational needs. This back panel features a sleeve with an insert that can be pulled out from either side of the body. The insert features 2 removable mesh pouches that can hold contents of an iFAK. Great for buddy or self-aid in high threat situations.
This is the ultimate solution for swapping loadouts with one core plate carrier and numerous rear Zip-On panels to suit any mission. Secured attachment with YKK zippers and button loops, our Zip-On panels provide several options for carrying extra gear, ammunition, and equipment for your operational needs. Holds a ton, and I mean a TON of medical gear. This has made it so much easier to treat multiple casualties especially when doing active shooter drills and MCI type incidents.

My rig is for active shooter scenarios, as my daily security duties dont typically require me to be bullet resistant. While my trauma medicine skills are passable, I prefer to do the running and gunning and let the medical staff do the saving. This thing allows me to carry supplies that may not be readily available to medical staff on the x. I can manipulate my rifle with one hand while deploying two decently stocked aid kits with the other. It may not be for everyone, but if this is a scenario you may find yourself in, or if you subscribe to the “ready to kill, better be ready to heal” philosophy, this is right up your alley.
