TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. SHIPMENTS: Standard Domestic and International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. HRT shall not be liable for failure to deliver or
delays in delivering occasioned by acts of God, war, labor difficulties, inability to obtain materials or any other causes whatsoever beyond
our control. Customer is responsible for any international duties or destination charges.

2. CLAIMS: All claims must be made in writing and received by HRT within 14 days after receipts of merchandise. If a shipment is received in a damaged condition, a claim must be filed with the delivering carried and noted on the freight bill before you accept the merchandise. All body armor sales are final. Body armor includes but is not limited to soft armor, hard armor plates and helmets. These items cannot be returned as HRT no longer has chain of custody of the item and cannot guarantee that after we have shipped the product that the structural integrity has been maintained.

3. WARRANTY: If you receive a product with manufacturing or materials defects, shoot us an email and we’ll make it right. We’re here for the long haul and want you to get a lifetime of use out of your gear. This applies to the original purchaser and is non‐transferable. We are committed to our customers. We know that you demand high‐quality and durable products that aren’t going to fail when needed most. That’s why we stand behind our products and offer a Lifetime Warranty.

4. GENERAL: Any sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio (without regard to its conflict of laws rules). Any representation, promise,
modification or amendment of these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall not be binding upon us unless in writing and signed on our behalf by a duly authorized representative. The foregoing terms and conditions shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with the terms and conditions of any order submitted by you, unless HRT expressly consents in writing to such a variance.
