The HRT Dual Removable General-Purpose Pouches Zip-On Half Back panel was designed with the purpose of versatility. The Dual Removable GP Pouches Zip-On half back panel can be configured with another HRT half back panel to meet your operational needs. This back panel has two independent small GP that are secured by Velcro and elastic, but easily accessible when needed.
This is the ultimate solution for swapping loadouts with one core plate carrier and numerous rear Zip-On panels to suit any mission. Secured attachment with YKK zippers and button loops, our Zip-On panels provide several options for carrying extra gear, ammunition, and equipment for your operational needs. Compatible with the RAC Plate Carrier and Maximus Chest Harness.

These seem to have plenty of room to store what you need. I feel like you may have to tug pretty hard to get them off in a pinch when needed, I also understand you don’t want it to fall off when loaded either. Perhaps some sort of tab on the velcro strap to easily pull it off? Just a thought.

Nice GP pouches, good for storing linked 5.56. You have six inside slots so you can throw bandages, collapsible sheers, and anything else in them to keep an organized IFAK. The pouches pull away so you don’t have to detach the whole placard to have some relief room on your lower back getting in and out of vehicles.

Works well but didn’t really comprehend just how small these are. I intended to set up as ifaks that could be torn and thrown to someone in need but too small to fit a cats TQ and one bandage almost fills these entirely. I wish they were just a tiny bit taller.

I have been a SWAT operator for the last 19 years, so I have seen and used tons of gear. I use my personal RAC plate carrier when teaching Active Shooter classes in rookie schools. Normally I keep a surgical airway kit and a mini Chuck Norris figure in one pouch and catheters, IV lock setups, drip set and a 500ml bag in the other. However when I’m not using it for work, I use them to hold snacks or extra things for use at the range. Literally can use these for anything though!.
