Ace Link IIIA Soft Armor Cummerbund Insert Set
Made of thin, lightweight Teijin aramid fabric, the Ace Link IIIA is NIJ certified. Sized to fit our Quick Release Cummerbund this give the user the ability to have side protection with less bulk. The waterproof lining protects the armor from the elements and sweat from the operator.
2 Band Cummerbund : 2.75″ x 15″
QR LG Cummerbund : 5″ x 15″
QR XL Cummerbund : 5″ x 19″
Body armor is legal to own in all 50 states, but we can not ship it to the state of Connecticut or Ney York. This product is not eligible for international shipping.

Sticker states it’s 3”x15” but actual armor is almost 5” wide and does not fit in cummerbund. even if you select what tupe of cummerbund you have, one size is sent out. Customer service from ace link and HRT is slow, and still unresolved. Would not recommend. You are better off buying side SAPI pouches and independent plates.

The armor shipped quickly and conducting business with HRT was a pleasure as always. The armor fits nicely in the quick detach cummerbund and doesn’t add a crazy amount of weight to the carrier. There’s honestly no reason to not have the soft armor insert, especially since most “peaceful protesters” are shooting anything hotter than 9mm. 10/10 would buy again!
