The HRT ARC Belt is an innovative, rigid, lightweight, low-profile first line belt system. Its laser cut woven polymer Tegris core offers an unparalleled strength to weight ratio and is contoured which conforms to the body for maximum comfort. The laser cut sleeve system enables the user to achieve the perfect fit with the largest size adjustment range in the industry. The HRT ARC Belt pairs perfectly with our HRT ARC Mag Pouches but will accept any MOLLE style pouches and accessories you may have. The Tegris core is made from woven polymer and the sleeves are laminated 500/1000 Denier Cordura. All belts include a G Hook. As always, it’s backed by our LIFETIME Warranty.
Sizing Recommendations for ARC Belt
- Run a tailor’s tape ON TOP of your inner belt (or over your pants if not using inner belt), and correspond your measurement to the following:
- Small/Medium: 26-36″
- Medium/Large: 32-42″
- Large/XL: 38-48″
- Note: inner belt not included unless added

Almost impossible sew usual molle through it. Sews broke in one month. Had to send it to tailor to resew it. Price, shippen and taxes became to high. Uncomfortable to wear it. I’m not satisfied with the product at all. If had possibility, I would return all my money for it. In plan to sell it by ebay.

Review time, I’ve been wearing this belt for about a month now. I saw this belt at the Indiana Swat Show I was immediately impressed and ready to buy it. I ordered it a week or two later received it a few days after I ordered it super fast shipping. When I first received it I had to watch the tutorials on how to set it up. Not going to lie, it was very difficult at first to set up. But once it was done, its done. This belt is beyond amazing. The sheer weight of this belt with everything attached to it, is incredible. I wear this Monday thru Friday 9hrs a day. It feels like I m barely wearing one at all. I don’t get to have a molle vest so everything I use is in my belt. Tazer, Weapon, two pairs of handcuffs, tourniquet, flashlight, badge, keys, two mag pouches with full mags, and radio! It’s a lot but paired with the ultra light cuffs from peerless, and the cuff cases from blue alpha it’s less weight and very comfortable. The quality of this belt is amazing sturdy, and not easily folded. You’d think by looking at it, it would be flimsy and not of great quality, but I assure you it’s worth it. There are two problems however that may be on me. If you buy extra molle attachments make sure you get the 2” one and the 3” ones unless you need them. I messed up with that. So my mag pouches are not as tight to the belt as they should be. They’re kind of floppy. The second issue is the cloth does not go all the way around the belt. I believe you can order the extra pieces but it should just come standard all the way around. It would just look better than the carbon fiber look on some pieces but not others. All in all this is an amazing product. I would recommend this belt to anyone.

Great belt simple yet sophisticated design. I initial issue with no Velcro on the backside of the belt. But do believe it will be fine. Setting up the belt was a chore but with the provided video series it is a pretty ingenious design.

The sewing wasn’t properly terminated so the stitching came loose. I was able to sew it up easily enough but…..

I saw this a while back at SHOT show and was impressed but wanted to give it a test run to be sure it was as good as it appeared. From the first time I started to set it up I was getting more impressed. The first time I used it in training I was hooked. It is so comfortable and moved so well with my body that I bought a second one. This belt is amazing and light but still maintains the needed rigidity.
