The HRT ARC Belt is an innovative, rigid, lightweight, low-profile first line belt system. Its laser cut woven polymer Tegris core offers an unparalleled strength to weight ratio and is contoured which conforms to the body for maximum comfort. The laser cut sleeve system enables the user to achieve the perfect fit with the largest size adjustment range in the industry. The HRT ARC Belt pairs perfectly with our HRT ARC Mag Pouches but will accept any MOLLE style pouches and accessories you may have. The Tegris core is made from woven polymer and the sleeves are laminated 500/1000 Denier Cordura. All belts include a G Hook. As always, it’s backed by our LIFETIME Warranty.
Sizing Recommendations for ARC Belt
- Run a tailor’s tape ON TOP of your inner belt (or over your pants if not using inner belt), and correspond your measurement to the following:
- Small/Medium: 26-36″
- Medium/Large: 32-42″
- Large/XL: 38-48″
- Note: inner belt not included unless added

I am former Military and now currently Law Enforcement, this belt is the best design and strongest on the market.
Hands down my favorite belt system! Once adjusted it doesn’t move. Moving at the range isn’t a problem!
I love it! I got the optional cobra buckle, and I’m not sure how necessary it was, as the standard buckle is also very good.
Love the ARC Belt, setup was a little time consuming but once it’s finished it’s well worth it!
My only disappointment so far is this F!?#&$G Belt. It will only fit a pair or 2 of my jeans. Not even my Original USMC Utes will housenthe belt. Any width solutions 2″ is a bit over the top for being practical for me. Now I need special HRT pants.

Are you using the belt with the Tegris inner belt? The Tegris inner belt is what allows for easier attachment to belt loops. The inner belt is 1.5 Inches. Fits most normal belt loops

I’m a big fan of HRT customer service, the belt was shipped quickly and they provided me with a law enforcement discount. The belt is super lightweight and very adjustable. I was having a hard time finding a belt that fit me well, and this one is good so far. I have only used it once and the only negatives I have is the Velcro is only around the front side. I’m gonna have to use a keeper or two on the backside to keep it from moving. Also, I definitely needed to watch the video to put the belt together as it’s not ready-to-go out of the box.
Belt battle belt i’ve owned in 30 years. I enjoy the ease of use and light weight nature of the belt. I wear it all day long sometime up to 15 hour in a day.
Best belt available. Minimalistic. Light weight. Get the extra pouches for the rear velcro or add onewrap but it holds just fine without it.

This belt is very lightweight, thin but extremely rigid. Can’t even tell you have it on. I enjoyed putting it together with all the matching pouches. Stopped at the shop in Columbus, Ohio 6-8 months ago with my son who was going through OSUT at the time and talked to Sean. Thanks for taking the time to show us all the latest stuff and letting us try it on.
