If you receive a product with manufacturing or materials defects, shoot us an email and we’ll make it right. We’re here for the long haul and want you to get a lifetime of use out of your gear. This applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. We are committed to our customers. We know that you demand high-quality and durable products that aren’t going to fail when needed most. That’s why we stand behind our products and offer a Lifetime Warranty.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, less shipping charges, within (14) days of purchase. Returned products must be in unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

All body armor sales are final. Body armor includes but is not limited to soft armor, hard armor plates and helmets. These items cannot be returned as HRT no longer has chain of custody of the item and cannot guarantee that after we have shipped the product that the structural integrity has been maintained.

The biggest difference between the two carriers are the rear plate pockets. The HRAC features pals webbing on external of the rear plate pocket while the RAC carrier features our Multi-Zip attachment system for all of our back panels.
